The Scientist - Natasha Bedingfield
Is that a cover of the Coldplay song? I haven't heard much Natasha Bedingfield outside of her big songs.
I need a good book.
If you want something that's kind of frothy but still interesting, I recommend Eva Rice's "Lost Art of Keeping Secrets." It's like a less depressing version of "I Capture the Castle" but set in the 1950's with a dead dad instead of a dead mom. I read it back in June and loved it.

Yes, indeed it is! It doesn't touch Aimee Mann's cover, and actually I don't much like it, but it's different from the original, and I always appreciate it when someone tries to mix things up with a cover: Natasha's take on The Scientist
Thanks for the book rec! I don't know 'I Capture the Castle', I'm afraid, but it looks like my library does have Eva Rice's book. It's checked out now (promising!) but I've put a hold request on it.

The L.A. Times had an article or two on Saturday about the Kazmir trade and how it affects Lackey's status, but I didn't read them. If I cared about him and the Angels, perhaps. But no. lol So I don't know why I'm even bothering with this comment!
