Last night, had CNN on and Anderson Cooper was talking with someone from the Woodrow Wilson school about the possibility of region-wide war in the Middle East. Across the ticker my eye caught "ACTRESS ANGELINA JOLIE TOLD PEOPLE MAGAZINE IN AN INTERVIEW POSTED ON ITS WEBSITE THAT SHE AND BRAD PITT ( Read more... )

Like, maybe if Brad and Angie discovered that Shiloh's blood cures the sick.

*dies laughing*
*rises from the dead*
*dies again*

Yeah, why Angelina is making headlines is beyond me!

:P

And the thing of it is? I have long adored Angelina Jolie! But this all Angie, all the time business since she and Brad Pitt became an item? It's just too much.

Thanks for uploading the clip homie.

You might have just saved me an hour and twenty minutes, as I don't know if I can take all that "meaning of life" stuff straight through. Who knows, maybe I'll be in the mood for it sometime. Is there a story in the movie at all? Or just a bunch of conversational fragments like those in the clips?

And yeah, the Brad/Angelina attention is getting a lot ridiculous. I'm not really big on celebrity news/gossip, but you can't escape them. I have never gone out of my way to intentionally read, watch, or listen to anything about them, but even still I feel like I'm all up in their business (just through changing the channels and stopping on E! for a second, or standing in line at the grocery store).

You're welcome! :)

LOL, I had a feeling. And yep, that's pretty much the format of the movie. There are about 50 conversations in the film about life, reality, death, creation, dreams, etc. Some of them involve the main character Willy, and some of them are just him observing conversations between other people, and some of them are just stand alone conversations. There's no "story" per se, except for, I guess, that Willy is on this journey to try to understand some things, and these are the stops he makes along the way.

but you can't escape them. I have never gone out of my way to intentionally read, watch, or listen to anything about them, but even still I feel like I'm all up in their business (just through changing the channels and ( ... )

Wait, how come we're so sure BRAD isn't the Cylon? He's the one with the quiet midwestern background that would be fairly easy for the Cylons to fake :P

I am really glad they forced Boras and his client to stop being completely ridiculous.

Now maybe someone will work on Zito. :P

Hope springs eternal. But not that it will help at all, since the A's won't even make him an offer, apparently. Which I'm confused about, because I thought they had turned around on that and said they would. Or maybe extending arbitration to him was essentially their offer.
