Most experts say that if you want to loose weight and keep it off you should only loose 1-2 pounds a week. Also, weigh yourself at the same time every day(morning before eating is best)because your weight fluctuates during the day. Be healthy - don't go crazy with this. I have dealt with eating disorders and they are not pleasant!
I hate to burst your bubble bbuuttt... in any given day, your weight can fluctuate up to 5 lbs. So technically you're still the same, it's just that you weighed yourself at a different time.
If you think about it, it makes sense. You may/may not have eaten, defecated, wearing something different...
That's why they say to always weigh yourself at the same time every day, doing the same thing. Generally they suggest in the morning, seeing as though you're more likely to have a routine at that time.
