I'm getting really fucking annoyed with Netflix. Aren't they supposed to check the DVDs when they get them back? That's what they say they're supposed to do so then why have I gotten three different movies that I haven't been able to finish watching because they were so scratched

i report those broken, online, and mark them that way on the coverslip when i send them back. and i expect to get a free replacement, not to have to pay for them
after one or two they get the drift.

Oh yeah, I always report the damaged ones. I don't want anyone else to get them.

I've been a memeber for over a year now and for the most part I've had a good experience with them, but I just get annoyed when I get a scratched one.
