As Spike tells Buffy when he saves her emotional life and gives her back her "Slayer bad" - you were spot on.
I JUST LOVED THIS - every one of your references was perfect. And yes, Buffy is Hildy, will give Harmony Lola. I just hope to all Gods and Goddesses that Joss Whedon gets Hildy back to caring about the little guy being screwed over by all TPTB and back to facing reality - not chasing after that rich and boring replacement for her true calling.
I don't know what to think of this treatment for Angel/Twangel now - with all this history in the Buffyverse and Angelverse, how can he come back as a viable hero/champion model? Will fans and readers accept him once again with a "clean up for actions" treatment? Has again finally crossed that line and place where, he becomes grotesque in his tragedy?
It's all now Wait and See - has anything ever been so much about Joss Whedon and what statement he makes about his characters?
Thank you!I think Angel will do something very self-sacrifing and heroic in the end but I'm worried for Buffy ever since she revealed what it is she really cares about (not Angel). Because now Joss knows what to take away from her.
