Holy heck, what just happened there? Watched TDS repeat after getting home from the airport at midnight to see Bill Kristol wearing a Gryffindor tie? Interesting interview... Is this a new trend in the last year for Jon to have these overlong interviews only available in complete form on the internet? How many have there been? The last Huckabee ( Read more... )

the same thing happens when I listen to uncensored stations on XM/Sirius radio - the most played commercial is for cheap easily accessible Viagra X-/ Perhaps I am atypical, but I have a crap sleep schedule and enjoy a good string of swears when appropriate thrown into jokes about politics or sex so. Whatever. I'm in a good mood so I don't feel like dwelling on the inherent misogyny in some of the entertainment I consume anyway.

I cannot see the art in your icon very well but it is beautiful, did you do that? At this size I cannot tell if it is dragons or phoenixes or fishes but I LIKE IT :o)

I didn't do it, I can't draw or anything, I had it done, I told an artist what I wanted and somehow she plucked it from my head and put i on paper, she was amazing. here itis larger - http://farm1.static.flickr.com/85/249916637_ed8d5fd500.jpg

It's a green dragon breathing out fire, and the fire is a phoenix. it's also the tattoo I have on my left shoulder :) - http://farm1.static.flickr.com/139/385818746_4c89a9fa2d.jpg

oh wow, that is beautiful! I especially like the way the dragon turned out in the tattoo! Did you get that done locally?

LOL Gryffindor tie FTW! (He would have been on Slytherin, btw)

Stephen's segment on tasering had me laughing far too muchXD I loved the "Don't tase me bro'" thrown in thereXD

Swedish band makes my scandinavian fangirl happy!

I don't know, he isn't surly in the face of confrontation and is a bit bumbling for a Slytherin, Gryffindor might suit him well. I'm against automatically putting anyone I disagree with in Slytherin but that could just be me (I am a Slytherpuff after all :-p) The same goes with automatically putting brilliant people in Ravenclaw - or maybe that's just because your adorable icon with the yellow background encourages my desire to claim Jon for my own in Hufflpuff ^_^

LOLZ! SorryXD Yeah, those wrong labels again, right? Well, if YOU are part slytherin, then he CAN'T be. Can't we just say he is a deatheater?;) That fits him the best. Haha, I should take more of those testsXD In the ones I have taken, I have gotten Gryffindor and Hufflepuf. Aww, hehe, thanks<3 I thought it was cute aswell^^ I don't know where I found the picture. I just had to make it into an Icon, because it makes me melt.

LOL I hate watching the 1.30/2 a.m. repeats of TDS and TCR because of those commercials. It's so awkward.

It really is... at the con a few days ago I was randomly awake to watch the 8:30am repeats instead and that was so much nicer....there were commercials for oatmeal & toys ^_^

On the other hand my insomnia just makes me feel like a kindred spirit to Jon, & I just started reading The Maltese Falcon where Sam Spade is up and drinking at 3 in the morning and it made me long for noir fic to be revived!

I got to see the whole interview in person. Jon looked like he was ready to wrap it up at one point, but then Kristol just started saying more things to get himself into trouble.
It was still a great show though.

It certainly seems like a trend to have these really long interviews and I hope it remains a trend, I love 'em!! I'd love to be an audience member when one of those interviews gets long like that. =)

Heehee! Stephen's conscience! XP

Ugh - stupid ads.
