Summary: Ten young guys trained to be the most skilled secret agents in J-STARS, the most eligible secret agency in Japan. They were sent in a mission to protect ten young ladies. These ladies are the the daughters of the biggest companies in Japan. The ten guys' mission is to protect these young ladies without other people knowing their true identities. But will they be able to protect their hearts from falling in love with these ladies? Will they be able to keep their identities to them as a secret?
Mai looked at Ryutaro, she wanted to tell that Ryutaro's not just a friend, he's not just a transferee student that doesn't have a house to stay yet, Ryutaro was her special someone, her boyfriend, and also Seru treated Ryutaro as if he was his own little brother. Ryutaro shook his head a bit knowing what Mai would be wanting to say.
"He's... mom, he's..."
"Mother, Ryutaro's a friend," Seru suddenly butt in.
"You keep your mouth zipped Seru, this is Mai's problem," Mrs. Nakayama angrily responded, then turned her attention to Mai and Ryutaro, "Mai, how many times do I have to tell you not to let strangers or people we don't know in our house!? You know our status Mai! What if he's some kind of assassin just trying to get your affection then he'll kill you?! Make him leave or the two YOU will also leave!"
Mai burst out crying, "HOW CAN YOU KNOW WHO OUR FRIENDS ARE IF THE ONLY THING YOU DO IS WORK WORK WORK AND WORK ABROAD!?!?!?! FINE THEN!! WE WILL LEAVE THIS DARN HOUSE!!!!"
"Mai?! If we're not going to work we can't buy you a house like this!!!"
"I DON'T CARE ABOUT HAVING LOTS OF BIG HOUSES! SERU-NEECHAN AND I WANT YOU HOME!!! We want to feel that we have parents, not people who supply us money... and, RYUU'S NOT WHO YOU THINK!!!! DON'T JUDGE HIM CAUSE YOU DON'T KNOW HIM!"
Mai quickly pulled Ryutaro outside their house and ran away.
"MAI COME BACK HERE YOUNG LADY!!!!" Mrs. Nakayama tried to run after them.
"You know mom, Mai's right, I'm outta here," Seru said and went up to her room to pack her things and leave.
Mai was calling someone on her phone, "Ren... *sniff* can you pick me up?"
"Where are you?"
"Just outside our subdivision, please... hurry up, thanks," Mai hung up.
Few minutes passed and the Takashis' Veracruz came, Yabu was the one driving it, a very down Chinen was with him, Ren and also Rui. Ren quickly got off the car and approached Mai, "What happened?" she held Mai's shoulders.
"Mother... she wants... Ryuu to leave our house... just because she doesn't know him..." Mai cried on Ren, "she said, if... Ryuu won't leave... I also have to leave...
"MAIIII!!!!!" someone was running towards them, it was her sister, Seru, "Mai, I'm coming with you,"
"B-but... oneechan,"
"Mai, I'm your big sister, and I have to be with you, support you... and I know how much you love Ryuu, and if you're in trouble so I am, I promised you that when we were little right?"
"Seru-neechan..." Mai cried more and embraced Seru.
"You can stay with us for a while, oneesama won't mind if it's Mai," Ren offered.
"But your house is already full right?"
"The boys won't mind room-sharing for a while right?" Rui asked Yabu.
"I won't share with Yamada," Chinen coldly said and went in the car again.
Yabu shrugged his shoulder, "I won't mind,"
"And you can use my room," Ren said, "I'll just share with Rui,"
"Omaera, arigatou," Mai gratified.
"Demo... sooner or later, mother will find out that we're at the Takashis," Seru worriedly said.
"Seru... sorry to say this, not to be mean or something just to assure you that you'll be safe with us," Ren smirked, "your mother won't be able to pass the Takashi household,"
"Nande?"
"If the Ishidas are the richest and most powerful family in all Japan, then we're next,"
"A-already?! But I thought the Hondas are next,"
"No, we are now, and it's all because of oneesama," Rui interrupted, "she won't be insomniac for nothing,"
"And our parents know that we're taking care of Ryosuke, Chinen-kun and Yabu-kun, so no problem," Ren added.
"Sugoi!" Mai said, "Aya-chan will be really able to help us, ne Seru-neechan?"
Ryutaro looked down, "Demo... like what happened a while ago... we might be a burden to her..."
"Don't worry Ryuu-kun, if it's Mai, oneesama will be glad, she won't be a spoiled brat if not for oneesama, ne Mai?" Rui winked, "So, let's go,"
After few minutes of driving, they finally arrived at the Takashi residence. Mai looked for Aya right away, but she was no where to be found. She quickly ran to Aya's room and she was there, with Yamada. Yamada was sitting on her couch embracing Aya, while Aya kept on crying on him.
(ayakanishi says: OMG!!! AYAMADA MOMENTS!!!! *die*)
"Aya...chan?" she peeked a bit in the room.
"Mai?" Aya got out of Yamada's arms and approached the younger girl, "You cried? Is there a problem?"
Mai embraced Aya, "Can I stay here for a while? Me, Ryuu and Seru-neechan?"
"Seru's here?"
Mai nodded.
Aya tried to smile, "Of course you can,"
"Arigatou,"
"What happened by the way?"
Mai shook her head, "You still have your own problem now... I can't be an additional burden to you, since bugging you here is too much, I can't let you mind my own problem as well, just... let me stay and I'll be fine,"
"Sure," Aya then planted a kiss on Mai's forehead and whispered, "how's Chii?"
"He's.. in his room I think... he looks like trash,"
"Is that so? Thanks..."
Then Mai approached Yamada who was just silently sitting on Aya's couch, "Ne, Raiken, while they're not in good terms, take care of her ok?"
Yamada looked at her, emotionless, "You don't have to say,"
Mai smiled, "Thanks," then she left the two.
Aya approached Yamada and leaned her head on his chest, "You won't mind taking care of me for a while right?"
"I won't," Yamada embraced her and leaned his chin on her head, "I swear I won't..."
Upstairs, the other were already planning about their rooms. Ren said that she'll be with Rui, so Mai and Seru will share with Ren's bedroom. Yabu will move to Yamada's room for a while and Ryutaro will be staying at Yabu's room. Mai and Seru were at their room, talking, "Ne, Seru-neechan, thanks for being with me,"
"Daijoubu yo, that's my job as your sister," Seru responded, "but... how long will we be like this? We can't depend on Aya-chan too much,"
"I don't know... as long as mother won't realize that Ryuu's not bad... and the least we can do for Aya-chan is to help her,"
The next day, still no school because it's Sunday. Everyone was disturbed by a noise outside the house. A car kept on blowing his horn.
"What... the hell is that?" Aya groaned as she woke up, she haven't slept long yet, just an hour, she asked Yamada to sleep on her couch in case that she needed someone to cry on.
"I think someone wants to barge in," Yamada answered.
Then someone knocked at the door of Aya's room. One of her bodyguards, "Aya-dono!!!"
Aya opened the door, with a very irritated-look that made her bodyguard nervous cause in the Takashis, the number one rule is, DISTURB AYA IN EVERYTHING BUT NOT HER SLEEP.
"What?" Aya asked with a cold tone.
"Someone wants to enter the house she said that she wants to search for something,"
"A police or what? Does she have a search warrant?"
"No, she said she's Nakayama Mai's mother,"
Aya raised her eyebrow, "Yamada, stay here," she told Yamada who was still sitting on the couch.
Yamada nodded, knowing that showing himself to Chinen will make Chinen know what Aya wanted him to understand. On Aya's way out, Seru and Mai were coming down of the stairs.
"Aya-chan, is that mother?" Mai asked.
"Yeah," Aya yawned, "she's getting into my nerves, I'll go talk to her, you two stay here,"
Mai and the others went to the living room and waited for Aya to come back. Outside, Aya and her bodyguard faced Mrs. Nakayama, "How can I help you?"
"I know you're hiding my daughters there, get them out of there and I'll leave in peace," Mrs. Nakayama replied.
Aya frowned, "Peace? But you already disturb my sleep,"
"I'm sorry for that! I want my daughters back!" Mrs. Nakayama demanded.
"Do you even know the word please? And I can report you to the guards here for cause noise pollution don't you know that? I'm trying yo be polite to you cause you're older than me, but please do also respect me, as a Takashi,"
"I don't care if you are a Takashi or whatever, give me back my daughters!"
"Are you sure your daughters are here Nakayama-san? And do you know that just one call I can crush your businesses?"
"Then let me search your house!"
"Sorry, but with all due respect, I won't allow you,"
"You little... brat..."
Aya smirked, "Call me a brat or so whatever, but I'm just protecting my human rights, if you will enter my house by force, I will file you trespassing, unless you have a search warrant with you,"
"Fine! Fine! But remember this, I won't support them financially anymore!"
"I can, not just financially, but I can also make them feel this is home, and they are loved,"
"Are you saying that I don't love my daughters?" Mrs. Nakayama approached Aya.
"What if my answer is yes?"
"You don't have the right to question my love for them,"
"Really? Did you even care knowing what's going on with them? If they met new people? New friends that's not business related friends? Have they even tasted your cooking?"
Mrs. Nakayama didn't answer.
"No right? Cause all you care about is to give them luxury, yes you'll send them to the hospital when they're sick, but would you even bother to stay with them over night? To watch over them? No right? Nakayama-san, money is not the most important thing in this world, but love,"
"How can you say that if you're not living with your parents as well?"
"Cause they're always checking us out, asking how we are, if we met new people, if we're having fun? Coming home here and will visit us every now and then not because their business told them to come back here but because they wanted to see us, tell me Nakayama-san, why did you come back to Japan?"
"Because I have a meeting,"
"See? So as long as I won't be able to see love from you to your daughters, I won't be giving them back to you, you can't file me kidnapping, I'm still underage and they came here in their own will,"
Mrs. Nakayama didn't answer anymore, instead she went inside her car and left. Aya and her bodyguard went back inside, the others looked at her.
"Aya-chan, what happened?" Mai asked, Ryutaro was behind her.
"You will be staying here until she will meet my conditions,"
Seru smiled, "Hontou ni?!"
Mai embraced Ryutaro, she's happy cause in this house, she felt she will be free, she felt that she's loved everything will be fine, because in here, she has her family, her home, "Ryuu..."
Ryutaro looked at her, "Mai, I will be with you wherever you are,"
"Thanks,"
After that, Aya and the others went back to sleep. That night Mrs. Nakayama couldn't sleep in her hotel room because of what Aya said. So she got up, opened her laptop and searched for some cooking recipes.
