Monday Random Plot Post - Done for this week!
I promise to come up with a better title for this later, but right now I am recovering from con and need way more sleep. ^_^
At the beginning of every week we'll have this post you can sign your character(s) up for. (You can also sign up a duo or group with other Mun permission.) To those volunteered, I’ll toss a random event your way. This is something small to mid-scale for your character to deal with, either in post or log form, with other players or NPCs. You have free range to what you do with it and when, though within that week would be best.
I do keep track of what nearly everyone is doing (I’m a dork) so I won’t assign you something your character wouldn’t or couldn’t do. Recently injured folk won’t suddenly be off in Zone 7, peaceful-types won’t be competing in the arena, etc. If I do come up with something that doesn’t work for you, just let me know and we’ll roll the dice again.
This is a great way of forcing your character out of his or her comfort zones as well, breaking up groups or forcing interactions that would be avoided IC elsewise.
Example:
“Your character saves someone from a group of rioters.”
-You are free to determine what your character’s definition of ‘save’ would be. Putress would have a different reason and method in mind than Prime.
-The character saved can be an NPC or game character.
-This can be done as a simple voice post after the fact, or a full log.

Since this was so well recieved, we'll probably do a cap of 6-7 per week, and people can't sign up for two weeks in a row, just so events don't get buried under everyone.
