Seconding what was said earlier. I like your characters a lot, and you as well. You give a depth to Mikaela that the character feels like she should have had, had Michael Bay not gotten his hands on the script.

I want to see more of your BA. She's an awesome creepy spider lady, and I want more. That's about all the "crit" I can give. And even then, it's not really "crit" so much as "more please!"

Just a note - there is the possibility that I will figure out how to canon update him to the end of his series soon. No idea when, but it's a possibility. :)

Safeguard has been really cute! He's a nice mix of capable and also of helpless, and its neat to see him interacting with bots and cons he doesn't recognize. I also like how you've been developing his language, and its really great to see a bot from a universal stream that nobody gets and watching him trying to explain that without the right words. I'd say be careful with your word choices in supplementary text--sometimes I've found myself misinterpreting what his thoughts or actions are when I'm reading logs with him in it. On the other hand, he's a great character choice if you do have issues with grammar, because he covers that very well! It'll be neat to see where he goes from here!

Thanks. It's hard to play him at times though, as there's the whole 'learned helplessness' thing that I have to try and balance out with his I am fully capable of doing this' thing. [Honestly, if you have been with a person for a long time who protects you, it would happen. I've seen it happen IRL with ppl as well. :(]

Safeguard's grammar is.. interesting to say the least, as I come at it from the angle that Minicon is very different than English or Cybertronian. Yea, we get three lines in the comics where he speaks. But, like, that is not enough to say that he can speak Cybertronian like that all the time, or English for that matter. Making him learn is also helping my own grammar, though I fear that I fall short sometimes, or do not catch everything that I should. :(

That makes total sense to me, too. Actually, I really like the fact that I can tell he's in a lot of pain without you actually having to say it--it reads really well in his actions.

Its awesome when characters can help you learn new things yourself, though. I mean, Magnum has taught me so much about manipula--I mean, interacting with people...
But no, really, I've noticed you improving a lot just in the small amount of time you've been here. Keep up the good work!

I have no criticism. I find all of your characters to be IC and a joy to read. Everyone you play is awesome to interact with, you're easy to plot with...

You're an asset to this game, and the mod team. You just need more confidence, and I wish there were a way to provide that for you.

My confidence (or lack thereof) is something that extends to more than just roleplay, so I'm... not entirely sure there is an easy fix to that. I think the more I play, I slowly get better about it. |D At least, I'd like to hope.

The more I watch you, the more I'm start to realize what a really amazing roleplayer you are. You've picked up a good spread of characters, and some of them are similar to each other and some of them aren't, but each one of them has such a distinct voice that I get a really strong impression of them when you play. You're an excellent writer, and a great plotter, and you're pretty easy going while also adding your own twist on plots you take part in. Overall, this makes you a real pleasure to read

I've been working on my participation, giving bite to Sentinel, and...well, giving bite to Starscream (though it's a vaguer bite I guess) so I'd really like crit on how those things are coming along, as well as anything else that comes to mind.

I'm glad you picked Starscream up. He's entertaining. As far as "bite" goes, the only thing I can think of is to maybe look for an opportunity to showcase his more Decepticon-raar-smash side that his breed tend to have in common. Maybe? I'm rather bad at these things.

Maybe he needs to unleash an AMRAAM or two at someone's face. Hmm.

The whole "turn back to human" plot is going to go down... so if they get back to normal, maybe he could Starscream it up in the chaos that's bound to follow a bunch of angry giant robots suddenly getting their bodies back... in close quarters with the enemy?

Aside from that, I'm not sure. But let me just say I really don't think you're doing anything wrong with Starscream. The lack of "RAWRSMASH" is more due to the setting of the game, and less due to what you're doing with him.

So, in essence, this is really just a KUDOS comment! Of good things!
