Her head hurt. It wasn’t powerful- more a dull ache then any real pain; like a day old bruise or a scabbing cut. Still, it was enough that when she woke that she groaned, bringing her hand to press against her face. She couldn’t remember ever having a headache before (well that wasn’t quite true; she had had quite the headache after she upgraded

That lacking bit that was Sari that had been missing for the last few days was around again, or seemed like it was, and in her curiosity she'd gotten up earlier than she needed to for work, and headed for the Autobot house.
...
Now that she was here, it certainly felt like Sari.
She couldn't deny that.
And it also seemed entirely, completely wrong.
Especially since she could hear the scream from outside.
That...wasn't good.
It was not good enough that she was already forming a breach of darkness at her fingertips, hoping she had enough of a memory of Sari's room to guess the corridors right--
And coming out right in front of her door.
It was a good start, though...so she knocked.

She cries out, clutching her head again- attempting to stop the sudden onslaught of memories.

At night, he does not dream his own dreams. He has not for a long time now. Occasionally, ever since he touched the processor of him, there is the overwhelming rage and violence that haunts him, but they are just flashes.
He can handle it.
This, though. This is new.
Soundwave comes back online with a groan, touching his helm as he sits up. Did he just imagine that scream?
He glances around curiously.
Nope, that wasn't his imagination.
Soundwave throws himself onto his feet and makes his way through the base. It's larger than the last one, so it takes him longer to figure out where he's going until he slowly finds himself outside of Sari Sumdac's door.
Hesitantly, he knocks on the door with a clang.
"Yo?" he calls out.

Flinching at the loud clang, she rubs at her puffy eyes and glances at the door, before shakily calling out.
"W-who's there-?

"Sari?!" He sounds surprised. "Weren't you-- When did you get back?"
There's a pause, and he exhales through his vents. "It's Soundwave, li'l dudette. Uh, the not-boring or creepy version."
