Who: Roger Maxson, Kang, Pepper Pots, and Verity Carlo. And the resident fire-lizards. Unless somebody else shows up, anyway.
What: Roger discovered a Movie Shack in sector 3 and came home with an armload of vids. And liquor. But mostly vids.
Where: Roger and Kang's apartment.
When: After this.

Kang laughed from his seat at the table, fiddling with a piece of machinery, "Younglings, always making messes. At least he knows to leave the movies alone." He'd gotten used to the firelizard being around, and though he wouldn't ever say it out loud, it was kind of... cute. It almost reminded him of the girls when they were little.

He got up and took one of the bags of liquor from Roger, to lighten his load, and put it on the kitchen counter.

Verity knew she was probably running late, which irritated her. Good operations followed a timetable. But she'd wavered at the pet store, trying to find something for Platner to eat. She'd almost chosen a bag of live crickets, but...as Ironfist had once told her, you should always think about possible ways battle plans could go wrong and...live crickets hopping all over Cap'n Max's apartment was...way wrong.

Plus, since she had no money this was all five-finger discount, so, instead she'd settled on a canister of Fire Lizard Treats. Well, the label *did* say "Made with real crickets!" (Though she kinda thought the smiling cricket on the logo was a bit...ghastly).

She knocked on the door.

"I'm going to have to work wit him a bit," Roger said, shaking his head. "I don't want him trying to swallow any of that... hello, Gulliver, Pepper." The last was said with something more of a smile than Roger used when it was just Kang around the place. Whether he meant it to be noticeable or not was hard to tell- especially since the knock at the door came shortly thereafter. "Let me get that..."

The door swung open.

"Hi, Verity. Glad to see you found your way to the place."
