It was the curse that caught her attention.

Lurking in the Crystal Gardens, which reminded her faintly of the Crystalsong Forest, 'Katrana' had found herself caught amongst the throngs of visitors to the 'holiday', much to her internal displeasure.

Not that she risked severing potential ties before they could be made in this body, no. She remained polite as ever, mingling with the crowds. Even if the organic mortal crowds, packed amongst the legs of towering 'robots' were beginning to make her mouth water.

The Nerakese curse however, muttered nearby, was not a language she yet knew, but the voice sounded faintly familiar.

"...If that actually succeeds in the purported goal, I will be most surprised," she remarked calmly, giving the human a look. He didn't look like anyone she knew.

Kang stopped, looking up, and when he saw the woman, he took his hands out of his pockets and gave her a respectful nod, "Lady Katrana. I'll be extremely surprised if it does, too; I'm not even sure why I did it in the first place."

Now wasn't that interesting - and annoying. Onyxia, in her human guise, prided herself on being able to keep track of the moronic human intrigue and faces of import. And here was someone who's face she couldn't place for the life of her, even as his voice sounded naggingly familiar.

Still. Best to roll with it as best as she could, and play nice. She bowed.

"I am afraid you have caught me at a disadvantage, sir. I cannot place your name so easily."

...oh right. When he'd spoken to her before, he'd been in his normal body. He smiled wryly, "Kang, Lady. It's no surprise you didn't recognize me. This form isn't exactly voluntary."

This woman was good at staying unreadable.
