Sam was glad that 'Bee was the first to find him because he wasn't sure how to explain his little work of art to anyone else (minus Mikaela and the other Autobots, of course). And if he had any control, he would have attempted to lock that little video he did but just like the class room incident - he wasn't thinking.

It was like his entire mind shut down and all that he was thinking about was the symbols and getting them out.

He shifts in the seat and nods, "Huh? Oh yeah, I'm fine."

Except not really because despite the symbol stuff, Sam was still trying to figure out how time jumped. It was Friday when he could have sworn it was Monday.

It didn't make any sense and it was bugging him.

Good. Sam was fine. Even if his sensors detected high levels of agitation...he could take Sam's word for it. What Sam needed was not questions and prodding, he needed time to think and he needed a friend. So Bumblebee flickered through his library and flicked a song onto his speakers.

♫ "You've got a friend in me..." He wished he could speak to the boy, but damage kept him from doing anything of the sort. This would have to do.

Sam also wished Bee could speak. He had grown so used to his friend using actual words instead of music clips. He really wished that there was something he could do to fix it.

"Thanks 'Bee." He flashed a smile and stretched as best as he could in the car. "So, uh, where are we going?"

The recorded reply came quickly. And to Bumblebee, it really was didn't matter. Sam just needed time away from everything, so where ever they ended up everything was going to turn out okay. It had to.
