That had gone smoothly.

Megatron was pleased with the results of the mission, having taken the girl into his custody with very little effort. In fact, he had thought he might have least suffered a few blows, perhaps a plasma burn. Yet, nothing...

"Calm yourself, fleshling. I have no intention of killing you. Yet."

His voice echoed within the cockpit, as harsh as ever. He had no intention of comforting the wretched creature - however, he did not wish to kill it by forcing it into a state of shock either.

Convinced that he had escaped his pursuers, he made to land finally in zone 6, just beyond the warehouse that his subordinates had hopefully finished preparing.

For their sakes.

To be fair, there were only two things that needed to be accomplished; making the warehouse look as inconspicuous as possible, and securing a place within it that they could store the human within ( ... )

While Barricade prepped the interior, Blackout was at work outside. It was no mean feat to take an abandoned warehouse and make it look more abandoned, but he'd done what he could. The windows had been first, covering them over to keep prying optics confounded. Reinforce the door, hunt down and secure weak places in the paneling that made up the walls... It stretched the limits of Blackout's artistic ability to make the changes without making it look like there had been recent changes, but he was managing.

He was outside, patching the warehouse's dormant electrical systems into the city grid when Lord Megatron returned; as soon as he'd finished the last connections and covered the junction over, he straightened up and turned.

Mission complete, and, apparently, a success, since he could detect an organic presence in the tank's cockpit. He gave a nod and strode to the main warehouse door, opening it manually to admit his Lord and the insect.

She shivered at his voice; ever since the first time she’d heard it it had inspired a feeling of awe and terror. His words were of little comfort, though at least she wasn’t dead meat yet. Yet. That’s the part that worried her. She felt slightly sick to her stomach, but she doesn’t physically say anything out loud. She doesn’t really have anything to say. ‘Let me go’ and ‘you’re so dead’ sound pretty hollow right about now. Being that she’s stuck inside of Megatron, she doesn’t have a whole lot of hope for her future.

At least Sam had gotten away. That was the most important thing, really. As soon as she’d seen ‘Bee take him away, there’d been relief, though it was something that hadn’t lasted. The second she was snatched up, Mikaela had a feeling that she was doomed. Completely and utterly doomed.

“God.” She groans quietly, and lets her face rest in her hands.
