It's the tail end of the busy hour--the hardcore gamblers trickling out for the tables, the usuals getting another round of their usual drinks. Wing handles his tables easily, using his reflexes to dodge around customers.

He spots Ratchet, and his smile becomes a bit more genuine. "Ratchet!" In person, he can see the new damage to Ratchet's face--his expression flickers, but perks up. "What can I get you? On me."

Wing's smile is apparently infectious, because Ratchet finds his own expression splitting into a grin at the sight. It's just plain nice to see someone who didn't look either depressed or angry; he knew this had been a good idea.

That momentary emotional hiccup he caught sight of? Pointedly ignored.

"Now that's a friendly welcome. This place have anything worth comm'ing home about?"

It's good to see Ratchet smile, Wing decides, especially because it seems rare. And...things had been rough recently, with that something that had happened, that had ended with Ratchet's injury and the quiet red mech in jail.

"I think most of what we serve here is designed to make you forget everything, including your comm codes." Wing laughs. "I tend to stay with the mid-grade, off shift, myself. But you look like you could use something a bit more...celebratory."

Contrary to what it might seem like lately, Ratchet actually enjoys smiling and would gladly take any excuse to do it. There just... haven't been a lot of those excuses around recently. Luckily for the both of them, though, there's plenty here. As strange as that is.

"I was thinking more interesting, but let's just start with some high-grade to set the mood." That and he's not gonna put anything goofy on Wing's tab. That's just rude.
