There would have been little reason for Shockwave to have been incorrect in his calculations, given that he did have, in his possession, a map. On his way there had been reasons for him to stop, to force the seeker to wait, however in the end they were passed by. He would return at a later time to properly explore this Nexus. And being any later than he stated would have certainly warranted some kind of taunting from the other, given Starscream's annoying demeanor.
Not what he required in the slightest. Especially with what he would likely be forced to go through just to pry any form of decent information from him.
Silently the scientist stood, waiting, carefully looking over the area selected. An interesting place, somewhere he could get away with damaging the seeker without notice, and a place likely selected just for that. How foolish.
