I've been living in an apartment intended for two residents for some time now. The rent's been reasonable as long as I've had someone else on the premises, but the most recent roommate's been sent back to his own universe. If there's somebody human or approximately human-sized out there who's interested, the apartment's in zone 5, near one of the major transport hubs. I don't smoke, don't mind those who do. Pets are okay as long as they get along with fire lizards.
