Flirting with me already? [It's not a very good joke, because he's still worried as hell about Jetfire, but he's trying.]
Yeah, look. I know you know just about everything worth knowing.
[He trusts you waaaaay more than he should, knowing what he knows about your prior naughtiness with Magnum.]
So. What do you know about Magnum's, ummm, recent...'incapacitation'? [By which he means 'WHERE THE FRAG IS HE?!?!' but doesn't want you to know that he doesn't know...while still asking what you know. Follow that? Welcome to his world!]
Only if y'want me to. [He's kind of missing Ratchet at the moment, really. But he's willing to put on a good face.]
Sweet of you t'say.
Magnum going missing? Know about as much as everyone else, unfortunately. Last I saw, Nemesis'd broken him and turned him into a zombie puppet. Probably somewhere in the lower levels where our undead horde-master likes t'spend his time. [Barricade is somewhat reluctant to admit that he thinks the only way to solve this is by shooting out the processor of what's left of a mech he was fond of, of course.]
Ummm, maybe later with the flirting. [He has to, you know, go kill something first.]
[Please to not notice the wincing Skywarp does at the words 'broken' and 'zombie puppet'. Welp. Bonus points for not sugar-coating the truth, Barricade!]
'Our' undead horde-master? I didn't sign on for one of those.
So, that's why he hasn't come back. [As in, returned from the whole 'dead' thing.] So if I find him, he can be fixed, right?
[Skywarp, HERO! Rescuer of Megatrons-in-Distress! Can you just see it?]

Jetfire is gone.

Gone...how?
[You better not mean dead or he's going to be angry, and you better not mean like...deported and Jetfire didn't say goodbye.
[Yeah. Sense? Naaaah.]

Well, then, how do you know he's...g-...gone?

Aw, what? Did you miss me that much?

Nope. Just cleaning off my to-do list and noticed that 'Offer the Golden Pansy his job back because Magnum suggested it' was still open.
By the way, we still can pay cash. Since...you know...you have that problem.

The only weakling here is the one I'm talking to.

So. I take it you're not interested?

Ummm, that would be the 'future injury'. Zombies kind of...ate one of them.

...[relief] Thank you. What, uh, can I do anything to pay for it?
[Partly guilty conscience, and partly because he's dimly aware that one should take care of mechs/squids that are helpful.]
