He quickly transforms, landing with a thud. About the only acknowledgment of his presence.]

And finds Shockwave's flight mode to be more than unusual. It's...a curiosity. A floating brick among jets.]

I have...met your kind, before. They do not tend to stay within the Nexus long. [He stepped forward from where he waited, approaching with an appraising glance.]

But I have my suspicions for that reasoning. I think the Transtechs know just how dangerous Shockwaves can be.

Only a fool would consider one who not only transforms into a gun, but has one in place of a hand, as harmless.

Ah, but many come out of war brandishing weapons. Megatrons turn into guns, and are illegal. You change into a gun...but are not. Yet still, Shockwaves are a threat worthy of expedited deportation.

[He smirks, sending the transmitted signal to his office door to let them in, gesturing for Shockwave to enter at his leisure.]

[He entered, himself, and waited for Shockwave to come in so he could close the door. The real subject in question he wouldn't broach until they were both safely in a space that he controlled.]

[Functional is far more logical than beautiful, although in Shockwave's opinion the place could use a bit more organizing. Although, he often thought that of most places.]

[Shockwave fumbles momentarily with the piece as it is tossed to him. He can make quite a few guesses as to what it is. He's almost certain he knows what it's for.]
