As much as I would like to be able to order all the organics of this city to leave you be, I am not a ruler here. I'm sure you can, however, inform the Transtechs if any organic is being unusually, monumentally foolish in persisting in harassing you. It is there job to keep the peace and keep people from having any need to kill each other.
