More accurate to say 'multiple Shockwaves in multiple universes' than in this one; if there are others present in the city, I am unaware, but I knew a Shockwave in my own universe. Decepticon: Blackout.

The only explanation the Transtechs offer is that this is accidental. How true that is, I cannot say.

Though discussing them openly in public would be illogical. And logically, I would assume my Lord would be frustrated, as I kept Cybertron in check during his absence.

I would not know. I have never met other Shockwaves. It would be illogical to claim they are indeed carbon copies.

There are no Cybertronians in my universe, and no record of any planet called Cybertron in any archive of the Covenant that I have accessed. The humans certainly don't have any record of the planet or its people, either. I am not surprised that you have not heard of us. As far as factions, I have no interest in allegiance with either. I am an engineer. I work where I am needed, that is all.
