In Portland, alcoholic beverages may be purchased in the state between 7 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. Though this seems to pertain mostly to bars, as most liquor stores close around 8-9pm, and do not open on Sundays.
Currently, a bill for a 1,900% tax increase is being discussed by state politicians. source

utah has some crazy ass rules too.
they only have 3.2 beer

In Southern New Jersey you have to purchase beer, wine and hard alcohol at liquor stores, and you can only purchase before 10pm.
