Wow! That was really interesting. I am allergic to dust and ragweed, so I can totally see being allergic to the glycol-thingies in wine. I stopped drinking wind a long time ago because of how ill I would feel later, which is a real bummer because wine = delicious! But very interesting to see now why that might be.
