So peeps at my gym have been telling me I look leaner these days and this to me is distressing news. No, I'm glad that my bodyfat % has dropped to abt 14 (according to the last test), but the crappy bit is I'm losing it in all the wrong places, and along with it muscle bulk! ::shriek::

well, you can try protein powder for a quick boost, plus it costs less per serving than a good steak. unfortunately does not hit the mark taste-wise, but convenient enough to chug on the go.
pity targetted fat burning is a myth, eh? want to lose the humps in front, but it's the humps in the back that zhao first. (suddenly "mai hum, mai hum mai hum mai hum" pops into my head. bleh.)

And you know, we have similar body types save for the fact that my chest isn't concave anymore only because I've been working hard at it. My butt is wide but totally flat and when I wear bottoms that are a little loose, it always sags in the back. I have a leetle bit of pecs now, though I've been told by a doctor that my pecs are still too small for my ribcage so more benching for me.
is chicken that bad? the clementi chicken chop is really nice, heh.
