Regarding the image, it's by KL from pixiv and/or deviantart (kl-chan in deviantart, I forgot his/her pixiv ID number). The Eve from 43-45 is also by him/her btw.

Yup! She also post fanarts of Natsume Yuujinchou (which are scarily similar to the original anime art style that I mistook it as an official art when I first saw it lol).
