My heart goes out and my thoughts are with those in Japan or affected by the earthquake/tsunami/possible nuclear problem (jesus) ... for fuck's sake world. This is getting a little insane.

I've been suffering through "House" this season, and it's felt like torture at times, but I really liked this ep a lot, as well. I think because it showed me a House and Cuddy I actually recognized -- not some fanfic version of what they should be. I loved Cuddy's sister bringing up how House was a thorn in Cuddy's side for 10 years, and Cuddy's "People change" rebuttal was perfect (because that's what she's hanging on to) But Cuddy acted like an adult -- realizing House probably wouldn't and couldn't change. I even loved that House diagnosed what was wrong with Cuddy's lungs while on Vicodin -- it totally fits with the idea they're pushing this season that "being with Cuddy makes House a worse doctor ( ... )
