to everyone who responded to my last entry, or simply read it and thought anything at all.....Thank You. it made me feel alot better. but anyways, on to a funnier subject, i had to go to the hospital earlier this week. i was standing in the bathroom at 1 am playing with my nose ring, and i all of a sudden fell over and i got all delerious and i was ( Read more... )

please read it first.

the stuff you describe happening the other night, right down to the feeling/seeming drunk, can sometimes be a sign of starvation processes -- blood sugar freakout. warning signs toward diabetes and other not even slightly fun stuff.

*please* if you're still focusing on losing weight, or if you're not eating 3 *real* meals a day, or even if both of those answers was no, please -- talk to someone about what your body's actual needs are, and please try to feed it. I like a healthy awoogitchamp in my life, and I think I'm not the only one....

I worry about you, lushica! please take care of yourself. please let your friends help. please.

ditto on what macthud said.

bottom line: your body needs the tools and energy you get from food to grow, rebuild, repair, and keep your body running.
Protein=building blocks for tissues (the muffler, engine, steering wheel, etc in your car) (tofu, rice, beans, nuts...)
Vitamins and minerals=also building blocks, and help the body run (like oil for your car) (fruits and vegetables)
Carbohydrates=give you energy (gasoline) (bread, pasta, potatoes...)

I can get all organic chemistry-y on you if you want. ;-)

And remember that around 90% of the calories a healthy adult consumes goes directly towards involuntary processes. As in, if I ate normal meals, and just slept all day, I'd still burn 90% of the calories. And if I walk around and do normal stuff? That last 10% goes pretty fast.

Try to make it so that you're consuming as many calories as you're using.

Healthy=good.

I can always work on my glare if I must. ;-)

I really don't have anything to add to what they already said except that I love you SO much hun. That is the first thing that went through my head is "oh my god, she isn't eating!" Hun, do NOT make me go down there and force feed you, if you don't post everyday about what you eay (and it better be A LOT) then I will steal you, strap you to a bed or a chair (which ever you prefer ;)) and force feed you!

You have to eat, trust me, I have NEVER told anyone this...but I use to be anorexic...it was horrible, I was always sick from not eating. My love, you are already too skinny, you need a little meat on your gorgeous bones! If you want, go ahead and excorsice (sp?) but don't be like how I was. I would run everywhere and eat nothing, and if I ate more than I saw fit (which was just about nothing) I would push myself to run more or something.

Don't do anything dumb. Just eat hun.

EVERYONE loves you and wants to see you healthy! You are such a beautiful person! You don't need to lose weight or "get in shape".
