please read it first.
the stuff you describe happening the other night, right down to the feeling/seeming drunk, can sometimes be a sign of starvation processes -- blood sugar freakout. warning signs toward diabetes and other not even slightly fun stuff.
*please* if you're still focusing on losing weight, or if you're not eating 3 *real* meals a day, or even if both of those answers was no, please -- talk to someone about what your body's actual needs are, and please try to feed it. I like a healthy awoogitchamp in my life, and I think I'm not the only one....

bottom line: your body needs the tools and energy you get from food to grow, rebuild, repair, and keep your body running.
Protein=building blocks for tissues (the muffler, engine, steering wheel, etc in your car) (tofu, rice, beans, nuts...)
Vitamins and minerals=also building blocks, and help the body run (like oil for your car) (fruits and vegetables)
Carbohydrates=give you energy (gasoline) (bread, pasta, potatoes...)
I can get all organic chemistry-y on you if you want. ;-)
And remember that around 90% of the calories a healthy adult consumes goes directly towards involuntary processes. As in, if I ate normal meals, and just slept all day, I'd still burn 90% of the calories. And if I walk around and do normal stuff? That last 10% goes pretty fast.
Try to make it so that you're consuming as many calories as you're using.
Healthy=good.

You have to eat, trust me, I have NEVER told anyone this...but I use to be anorexic...it was horrible, I was always sick from not eating. My love, you are already too skinny, you need a little meat on your gorgeous bones! If you want, go ahead and excorsice (sp?) but don't be like how I was. I would run everywhere and eat nothing, and if I ate more than I saw fit (which was just about nothing) I would push myself to run more or something.
Don't do anything dumb. Just eat hun.
EVERYONE loves you and wants to see you healthy! You are such a beautiful person! You don't need to lose weight or "get in shape".
