I love the possible slow reveal, to the reader and to Sherlock, that he isn't actually the centre of the universe when it comes to Moriarty.

The idea of a surgically altered doppelgänger is really appealing, and it really made me think that it would be the kind of thing that ACD would throw in if he could get away with it.

I cannot wait to read the next part :)
