Today the rescue got a call from a lady who tied her husband's dog to a tree since Saturday without food or water.  What kind of monster ties a little dog to a tree?  I'm so sick I want to throw up.  She said she couldn't afford to feed it.  C'mon.  Not even table scraps?  I would have drove out this evening if she wasn't in Muncie, IN.   I

WTF...feed the dog what YOU'RE eating, lady! And in the middle of the summer, without water.......ugh. Poor puppers.
