Could you possibly tell me how to upload a moving, as in animated or semi animated, avatar? I've been on LJ since 1996 and have never been able to figure out how to do that.

I'm not quite sure how to do that either, but I have a few ideas...
I'll try it out and if it works, I'll explain it to you or maybe just make a new tutorial.
