how do you do that swirly jibby, as you called it, like on 89?

that's really whacky to say you've been waiting for a post of icons by me, hehehehe!!!!

i dunno what you use to make yours, if you use photoshop then

"elliptical marque tool" (feathered to whatever px ya want) , then "inverse" then "blur>radical blur" (set to whatever amount, mine was 10 with "spin" and "good" set) ... mmmhmm... and swirly jibby! lol

haha any idea how that can translate to paint shop pro? apparently photoshop decided to uninstall itself from the comp.

NO idea

i ahve the opposite problem, when mom and some dude were deleting programs they deleted psp =\ so i can't even go in and attempt to see if it can, lol. and i haven't the foggiest idea where my disk is for psp either, just like i can't fnd the one for photoshop.
