Reason for institutionalization: He was fed up with everyone forgetting his name, so he came to the G8 Meeting with a shotgun and started poppin' caps up bitches asses, a.k.a. blowing everyone's heads off. He managed to kill England, Germany, N. Italy and ATTEMPTED to shoot America but hit France by mistake. A mental breakdown followed shortly afterward.
