Pumpkin bread follow up 1

Yesterday, after watching "The Invention of Lying" that I rented intending to watch Saturday night(I accidentally slept instead) I made the oatmeal pumpkin seed bread (www.recipegirl.com/2008/10/12/oatmeal-pumpkin-seed-bread/). Below are my thoughts.

Thank you for reporting back. Glad it was eventually a success! I find that most recipes for breads made of vegetables (zucchini, pumpkin, squash) use too little of the vegetable for my tastes, so I usually sneak a half-cup more in.

If I get around to buying a pumpkin this year I might have to give this recipe a try.
