Aki is considering buying a laptop so we went to the Dell website to build one and it didn't give us Windows XP as a system option. So, I called Shane (my brother in law) to ask what we should do and he suggested we talk to a representative.

In short, he wouldn't give us what we wanted so we* screwed with him. Enjoy!
