A recent addition to my Great Hall of Awesome Women - Junior Field Agent Kensi Blye from NCIS: Los Angeles.
She lives for the adrenaline rush of being undercover, destroys cars, collects jelly bracelets, is a crack shot (and shoots paper targets in the groin), loves Titantic, can take down a suspect no matter his size or what he's armed with. And most importantly, the boys trust her to be able to take care of herself and have their back.
