It's been an... interesting few days for Lilly. She's hanging out at bar a little warily right now, and definitely not saying anything bad about her spouse(s).

There's some other things she's not thinking about, too.

It's funny how that works, sometimes. Sam's come to Milliways tonight partly to try to figure out a few things without triggering either Dean's or Bobby's suspicions.

He stops by the bar to pick up a beer-- but when it's served along with a letter, he picks that up first.

Lilly catches sight of him and waves from a few stools down.

"Hey, Sam. Been a little while, how's it going?"

"Hey, Lilly." Sam tosses her a quick grin as he unfolds the paper.

"And I don't know, not too --"

As he speaks, he glances down at the letter, and his words die in his throat.

... Lilly is betting the letter is not from Publishers' Clearinghouse.

"Uh, you okay there?"

She slides a little closer, frowning.
