If they were freely distributed around the school as you so suggest, then you would have been a recipient. However, there was a only a small amount. Though, I suppose with your ego you assume many things you should not.

I feel obliged to point out that the entire school believes that Marui-kun has seen it as a gesture of you holding an affection for him. Unless that was your offer to read from rotting manuscripts in a tongue he does not know. It is hard to follow the romantic fads.

As for my own personal views on you, you should have known that chocolates would not have changed them.
