Snow in Vegas

Tezuka, Kabaji is insisting you wish to take part in a snowball fight. Please assure me you have not taken leave of your senses or I will be forced to assume you have developed an addiction to Inui's juice. At the very least, you had better be on my team.Tachibana-kun, your persistent attempts to view me in a wet shirt are unbecoming. Even ( Read more... )

I have not taken leave of my senses. A snowball fight sounds like a good stress reliever. Particularly since usual methods have been shut down for the winter and I do not feel like attempting to take a train to the indoor courts in Tokyo.

How early next year? If they interfere with my New Year's plans, I will have to decline. No fan girls, Atobe.

As is such, I'm already in the town.

Tezuka, it will be wet and undignified. I also very much doubt there will be any semblance of rules, especially from Kikumaru.

Heaven forbid that I would suggest plans that would interfere with your attempts to plow the boy with culture. I was considering late January or February. A ghastly time to be on the mountain in all cases.

Then we will see you there shortly.

There will be winter gear involved. It's a snowball fight, Atobe. You honestly expect there to be rules that will actually be followed?

Would you grow up? Either is fine with approval, of course. Being on a mountain at any time during the year is not ghastly. Or did you forget that is one of my hobbies?

Aa.

No. Hence my reluctance to have anything to do with this icy folly.

I did say I would ensure it would not interfere. I hardly see that as anything less than gracious, Tezuka. I will ensure that proper approval is obtained and I cannot believe that you enjoy February.

I think you are missing out.

I appreciate it. There is nothing wrong with February. I enjoy winter in general, Atobe. In case you forgot, last break I climbed a peak with Grandfather. It was quite exhilarating.

When you catch a chill do not complain to me.

There was a challenge to that, Tezuka. Living in the school during such a time is more inline with tedium.

I'm not as adverse to the cold weather as you are.

And there is a challenge in a snowball fight. I dare venture you are afraid to lose. Yet, you are staying behind over break.

You have not been ill this winter. Red cold stains do not suit my complexion.

The odds are utterly stacked against me since there will be no rules and Kikumaru seems to have hired an army to mob me on the way to class. There is no glory in winning in such an arrangement, Tezuka. Even if I were to drown all adversaries, which I undoubtedly could, the school would be short staffed for days.

I will probably relocate to my family's apartment in Tokyo to be closer to our offices. Business does not change for weather, Tezuka.

I have not been ill because I have a heartier constitution than you do.

I see it less as a matter of winning or losing, but rather as a way to have fun. Contrary to popular belief, I can do that.

Mother emailed me to inform you that if you do not come to Christkindl Markt, she will come visit with your mother. Please spare us both. You think I don't know that. Father called to inform me that I'm being formally announced the third week of January.

Or because your Halloween experience amounted to a brief indoor dance and a hasty retreat to the bedroom. One of the two.

I never said you could not. I merely associated you with taste. I did think you enjoyed tennis.

I have no intention of missing the Christkindl Markt, although admittedly that proposal hastens the purchase of flight tickets.

Announced? As in head of your Grandfather's company? Or acknowledged as a legitimate child or betrothed to the boy?

I meant in general, Atobe. You've always been a bit weaker than I in terms of health.

I do enjoy tennis. However, I also enjoy hiking, fishing and mountain climbing.

I didn't think you would want them both here at the same time either.

Head of the company. For starters, I am obviously legitimate. Secondly, how long are you going to keep that up? It is tiresome.

What nonsense. I assure you, I am every bit as strong as yourself.

Perfectly acceptable apart from fishing. Why would anyone wish to sit still that long?. Snowball fights, on the other hand, are hardly equivalent sport.

No indeed. There are photograph albums I thought I took pains to destroy that re-materialize at such functions.

I would hate to miss the wedding, Tezuka. Who would assure the quality of the groom champagne?

Which is why you got sick.

Of course there is nothing wrong with fishing. You're just bad at it. I didn't say they were an equivalent. Just fun.

Likewise.

There will be no wedding for a long time, Atobe. You are a headache inducing individual. Remind me again why I put up with you.

My outfit was devoured. It is a common risk.

It is the height of tedium. They are without merit.

I suppose it is not currently legal. I am your equal Tezuka. You cannot fail but to appreciate this.

1) You should have specified what kind of horse you wanted.
2) Wore a thicker toga.

It is not. You probably just don't know how to make a snowball.

That wasn't the point and you know it. Equal intellectually and I am appreciative of that. As for everything else, that is where I wonder.

It is hardly historically accurate to have such garments fur-lined.

The fact you do amazes and concerns me.

Intellect is all that is important. Our other ... differences add flavour, Tezuka.
