And now I feel free to truly glomp all over your icons now that they've been posted. I love your White Collar icon, it's simple but it really works here, the colouring, the cropping, everything. And your PJ icon is ♥, the b&w works really well and makes his eyes that much more the focus :) And so much awe at your HP and gilmore icons, you know how much I love the central crop, the pastel colours work really well ... and all the GK ones, you've made me want to rewatch the series again. But I still think your Jared one is the best, he looks all soft and the background merges seamlessly with the icon!

Yes, for world peace I shall have to do the same. I'm always weird with that though and thinking one's 'better' than another you know, it's art in tiny form and that's always going to be subjective :)

I always find what other people made more gorgeous than mine. Always xd. And I agree it's so subjective. Some people say it's ugly, other it's gorgeous... This is why it's interesting, I love the fact everyone's has different tastes.

You're too nice. You won't lose!! Your icons are awesome! I always love those your using!! And it's all about fun. Actually, it's more iconfests than iconbattle because there's no winner or loser, jsut 2 people (or more) having fun doing icons of the same pic! (we should do that with deadwoodlightly one day :p)
they were stupid. I personnaly think #6 is brilliant. I also love #8 and #1. (snagging if you don't mind) Tsss. People. And I would never do a poll in a battle. It never occurs me to do one. It's all about fun, not a competition.
You guys are both so crazy good, you know that right? Haha. Also, I was amused by #24/29 and #31/36 because lemonpunch used both subjects and you used the one far away in the background. I'm not sure why I found that so giggle worthy, but...It's definitely in a good way, and it shows how different your focuses are as icon makers. :D
