I am completely besotted with the idea of Harry solemnly taking the magician's oath at age six, and the twinkle in his dad's eye as he did it. This is a lovely sequel to a lovely fic.

That gave me a good laugh. I love middle!school Harry. ;)

Her gift to him is perfect, very very thoughtful and sweet. I can't wait to see what he got her!

I like how Bob is down on the whole thing at first but softens when he sees the gift. You know he likes to see Harry happy.

Also this: "Yes, if ever you are attacked in here you can throw that at them," Bob drawled. "Minions of Hell will flee in fear from your great ball of jewelry."

That just cracked me up!

I like Harry's planning to get shot in the leg next time. I think it's a good plan, really. But he'd really have to work on the execution. (possibly not the best word there)
