Hello friends and lovelies! I hope you are doing well and looking forward to being vaccinated in the near future. Canada has vaguely fucked up the process, so we're a bit behind the 8-ball here, but we're still expecting everyone to be vaccinated by the end of September. I know someone who has two separate pairs of glasses and will actually wear both at once sometimes when she's reading, and I kind of wonder why she doesn't get transitional lenses but am not good enough friends to ask. I wonder if it's the same reason why you need two different pairs? I hope they will help with the migraines!

And I'm glad the stones have been better.

Brilliant Husband and I grew up on the original Muppet Show. He is a Muppet, and I mean that in the nicest possible way! He'll say it himself. And I have loved Muppets since before I can remember, so it works out well. (I don't know why I don't have more Muppet icons.)

I've been kind of shocked at what I've read about vaccination in Canada. I mean, I live in Florida. I got my first shot and am scheduled for the second! I got it as an educator (long story I'm not going into here), but they wouldn't give my husband one (he's merely the spouse of an educator, and not even 55 yet ( ... )

It was Muppets Tonight that was on when I was a little girl. I was allowed to stay up late to watch it when it was on. I don’t think it was well-received, but I really loved it. The fourth-wall breaking sense of humour is something I love, plus the musical numbers. Totally up my alley.
