I love Sousa here: he's a team player but tries to be understanding of why Peggy isn't, but he gets really frustrated. Here he has good reason.

And Howard can be really annoying, even when he's doing the right things!

Yeah, I think that Sousa's sense of fair play clashes a little with Peggy's tendency to go under the radar and be covert. Which would probably make them a good team, in the end.

Howard does nothing by halves, not even being 'helpful'.
