I started quoting my favorite parts but it started to become the entire fic so I stopped.

I love how insist Tony and Demira are about certain awesome pop cultural things and Steve trying to be polite about it and follow along when really most of what he's been suggested are just sort of okay. I also like how Issie is a little more socially open than Steve because that makes so much sense. Steve clearly at heart is a sociable person but circumstances has boxed him in to being more distant which Issie is trying to break him out of.

“Who would I visit?” Steve said. “Pretty much everyone I know is dead.”
“Then...you should meet alive people, and visit them,” Issie said.

Aw! Don't worry, Steve. You'll meet Sam soon. And I'm sure Natasha would be open to hanging out more.

This is such a nice companion piece to Baby Steps. Both fics can be summed up as stories where Tony Tries to Make Friends By Giving Everyone an Apartment.

Sam and Letty were almost in this at one point, actually. There was going to be another POV swap to take place after Cap 2 with Steve coming to New York and using his apartment while he was there, with Sam along to maybe assist in the Bucky search or just hanging out. But it shifted the tone and point of the story to somewhere else, so I dropped it to maybe save for another day.

I had a fluffy bunny hop by about toddler!Tony and Howard bonding over Tony showing off the 'diagrams' he'd drawn, and Howard being caught at a time where he had the patience to sit down and listen to Tony's ideas for things. Because I can't do family drama without counterbalancing it with family adorableness, I guess.

Sorry about the random delayed edit to the previous comment, by the way. My brain can't pick up on errors when I'm on my iPad and once I was over at my laptop I reread and couldn't leave it like I'd typed it drunk.
