I love birch beer but where do you find it out here? It was a soda I would drink weekly back home in CT but no one has any clue what it is out here.

Time Market at 4th Ave and University usually has birch beer. They carry a whole variety of sodas that are made with sugar instead of HFCS. They usually carry A. J. Stephens birch beer and Empire Bottling Works birch beer. Empire also makes spruce beer which has a sharper taste than birch and a distinct aroma.
