Today was a crazy day for me. I am still feeling completely inadequate. These rate plans and promotions get me so confused. I messed up one guys thing. Mass carnage always lifts the spirits. Go forth and blow stuff up and kill copious amounts of people. :-)

And you're not inadequate, sweetie. You're new! lol... cut yourself a wee bit of slack. :-) Seriously though, there is a learning curve and you'll catch up right quick, I have no doubts. You can't possibly know everything so soon. But you'll get there soon. I guarantee it.

I know I'll get the hang of everything eventually. Its just hard when you come from the top of one field only to be at the bottom of another.

I understand. It's definitely difficult, not to mention humbling to be at the bottom of the barrel again. But it will make you appreciate rising up through the ranks that much more! And you'll get there. I know you will.
