...Recognizable physical characteristics of Ragna the Bloodedge are his spiky white hair as well as his heterochromia. [And that's all she'll say unless asked for a more detailed description, because there really aren't that many people who look like that here in Luceti, from what she's seen.]

Heterochromia is that eye thing where one is a different colour to the other right? Well what colour are his eyes? Might make it easier to recognise him.

Now that's interestin' cause they're a white, spikey haired guy with a matching heterochromia livin' on the same floor as me. Never spoke ta him but I've seen him passin' a few times in the corridor.

Why would ya wanna know that? He doesn't sound like a difficult person ta miss so you wouldn't need to know where he's stayin' to deliver a present. He probably sticks out in a crowd.
