Wow, I must say I preferred the second part, HIS part. Especially the last paragraph;

'He had called it ‘home’, he remembered, and had meant it, oddly enough. Not because he liked it much more-he knew he didn’t, probably never would-but he had come to think of it as home. Because it was where Hermione was safest.'

Only hope you write more of HIS part next chapter. Wish to see more of HIS thoughts and feelings about HER.

I feel absolutely wretched that this was meant for me and I never commented. Let me say right now you are doing as good a job as I expect from you.

You've always been one of my favorite authors, simply because I can tell that there certain things about Harry and Hermione and their relationship that we feel *exactly* the same way. You always seem to hit that beat about them that I love so much, and I really love what you're doing with this so far.

Oh I'm glad you finally got to read this. And glad you're enjoying it.
There will definitely be more. I'm nearly done with the next chapter and have also skipped ahead to start working on Chapter 5, and I've got a sense of where I'm going with this fic so hopefully-- once RL lightens up a little-- I'll manage to finish this fic.
