Ingebretsen's is a madhouse today. We just picked up the lefse, herring and sausage for Christmas dinner.

Makes sense, a lot of us feel our Scandinavian roots a little extra around Christmas. I still miss the rosettes my great aunt's mother-in-law used to make when I was tiny.
