I just found out that I am scheduled to present at a conference on the Monday after a Saturday evening wedding. I knew the conference was that week, but they only sent out the confirmed program yesterday.
Are you asking for advice? 'Cause I think friends and family are more important than work conferences, no matter which commitment you knew about first. There are factors for both sides of the decision, but IMO the personal relationship factors weigh more heavily in favor of attending the wedding.

Don't stay up all night on Saturday. Get an early-ish flight on Sunday. Talk with your boss as early as possible to ensure that you are covered in case there are transportation problems.
There is always another conference. There is not usually another wedding.
