I wish we could have seen a scene with Steve and Pepper.

Granted, but Pepper takes an immediate dislike and bans Steve from the tower.

I wish Enver Gjokaj's "Young Cop" was going to be in Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Wish granted, but he's killed off in the last sixty seconds for dramatic effect. He spends the rest of the series in a commemorative photograph on the wall that the agents occasionally mope over.

I wish Tony had kept Extremis so we could see the effects in Avengers 2.
